Application:
The Model ODPM 2000 is based on the well proven
optical cross duct measuring principle comprising of
a stack mounted transmitter and receiver unit with
a remote µ-processor based monitor.
The instrument has been designed to project a
stabilised light source and cancel the effect of any ambient
light, with the result of providing an accurate and reliable
measure of smoke within the stack.
The monitor displays a reading of the percentage
opacity (Smoke Density) with a 4 to 20mA
and RS422/485 output.
The monitor also offers the facility to adjust the alarm level
with volt free alarm contacts and remote alarm or zero reset.
Efficient high volume blower units (optional)
maintain the optical lenses clean.
